On December 1, 2023, Net Lease Alliance received approval on the first project in San Diego County, CA under the county’s new greenhouse gas regulations. The new 2.89-acre commercial center will be subdivided into four parcels. A 2,660-square-foot drive-thru restaurant, a 7,385-square-foot automotive parts store, and a car wash will be constructed on three of the parcels.

At the end of June 2023, NLA closed on the acquisition of our 201st project since our founding. These projects represent total costs of $951 million with total equity invested of $223 million. On the 160 projects sold to date, the average return on equity for our investors has been 14.98%.
