MODESTO, CA — California Gold Development Corp. and Net Lease Alliance have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new 26,700 sq. ft. outpatient medical facility for the US Department of Veteran Affairs. The 26,700 sq. ft. project, located in Modesto, California, opened in 2012.

COLUMBUS, OH — Net Lease Alliance and a southern developer have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new NTB. The NTB is approximately 8,064 sq. ft. and is a redevelopment of an outparcel opened in 2013.

GIBSONIA, PA — United Growth and Net Lease Alliance have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new Mattress Firm retail store. The 4,200 sq. ft. freestanding building is scheduled to open later this year.

BOWLING GREEN, KY — Net Lease Alliance and a regional developer have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new Mattress Firm retail store here. The building is approximately 5,000 sq. ft. and was a redevelopment of a closed fast food establishment.

DOTHAN, AL — Net Lease Alliance and a regional developer have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new Buffalo Wild Wings and Aspen Dental totalling approximately 8,900 sq. ft.

AUGUSTA, ME — United Growth and Net Lease Alliance have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new 6,000 sq. ft. Mattress Firm retail store scheduled to open in fall, 2013.

MEMPHIS, TN — Utley Properties and Net Lease Alliance have partnered in acquisition and development of a new 4,500 sq. ft. Verizon Wireless retail store in Germantown, Tennessee.

PHOENIX, AZ — Net Lease Alliance and a Phoenix, AZ based developer have partnered in the acquisition and development of a multi rollout program for a national coffee chain. The buildings will be approximately 1,920 sq. ft. with as many as 40 new stores located in Colorado, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Total capital investment is estimated to be around $30 million dollars.

KANSAS CITY, MO — Net Lease Alliance and a regional developer have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new NTB location. The NTB is a conversion of an existing 8,000 sq. ft. structure dating back to 1960 with a total interior demolition and reinforcement of exterior wall to accommodate overhead service doors.
