MODESTO, CA - California Gold Development Corp. and Net Lease Alliance have partnered in the acquisition and development of a new outpatient medical facility for the US Department of Veteran Affairs. The 26,700 square foot project, located in Modesto, California, is currently under construction and expected to be turned over to the tenant in September.
