Net Lease Alliance, LLC partnered with San Rafael, California based developer United Growth to provide 100% of the project capital totaling $3,136,000 for the development of a Mattress Firm project in Pensacola, Florida. The project was successfully completed in the summer of 2015 with Mattress Firm opening for business in September. The property was successfully sold.
