Development Services

Net Lease Alliance provides the complete “toolbox” of pre-development and development services beginning with a site plan, through site survey, environmental and geotechnical investigation, selection and management of third-party consultants, budgeting and planning, entitlements, site design, building design, and review, through permitting.

Construction Services

Net Lease Alliance assumes the responsibility of construction and project deadlines with specific expertise in contractor qualification and selection; bid administration and qualification; administration of construction documents; construction management; construction invoicing & reporting; and project closeout punch list, warranty, and lien waiver administration.
